YOUR ROLE 

TowerPoint is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Investment Analyst to join our Finance team and support the continued growth of our digital infrastructure portfolio.  

The Investment Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating acquisition opportunities, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic investment decisions. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-volume transactions and grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Financial Analysis: Construct financial valuations and analyses for asset and portfolio acquisitions.

• Document Review: Interpret key real estate documents such as tenant leases, settlement statements, escrow schedules, etc.

• Cross-functional Support: Provide data driven insights across internal teams  (Legal, Sales, Accounting, etc.) to support senior leadership. 

• Excel Models: Create and maintain Excel models for financial planning and scenario analysis.

• Deal Pipeline: Track deal queue metrics and operational KPIs. 

• Perform ad hoc research, financial modeling and strategic support as needed. 

WHO YOU ARE

• A financial analyst with a strong foundation in DCF, IRR, and NPV methodologies.
  

• An Excel expert with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation.

• A Highly organized professional who can prioritize, work independently, and communicate clearly.

• A self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and tools.

• A finance, accounting, or economics graduate with a sharp analytical mindset.

• Experienced in financial services, telecom, commercial real estate, or mortgage banking.

• Familiar with Salesforce and sales automation tools, with a willingness to leverage technology for efficiency.
