Position Summary:
Tower Three is seeking a full-time Sales Representative who will be the face of the company and will contact potential customers to introduce them to Tower Three’s products, present sales opportunities and close sales through phone, email and face-to-face meetings. The Sales Representative will also be in regular contact with existing customers to support and solidify the existing relationships, introduce them to new products and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of industry experience in a similar role and must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing retail dispensary partners
- Proactively manage expectations throughout the sales process while providing ongoing communication both internally and to the customer to ensure a positive consumer experience
- Actively maintain current relationships with vendors and retail stores through proactive and consistent communication
- Track and report on sales metrics, work continually to improve sales volume, units sold, and customer vendor portfolio
- Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts and sales
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales
- Identify under-performing customers and increase sales through additional contact, support, and budtender incentive programs
- Travel to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with Wholesale & Distribution Manager and Trim & Packaging team to ensure effective communication and coordination of product
- Collaborate with Wholesale & Distribution Manager to coordinate delivery of product and ensure product is accurately accounted for
- Work cohesively with in-house Brand Ambassadors and attend relevant industry events as needed
- Hit sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Participate in internal sales meetings to ensure that clear expectations are set, and goals are clearly defined
- Ability to complete various sales related tasks, both scheduled and spontaneous within given deadlines
- Assist with marketing
Education:
· High School diploma or GED required
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience necessary
Qualifications:
· Must possess a valid driver’s license
· Satisfactory completion of background/CORI screening
· Must be 21 years of age
Specialized Skills:
- Strong attention to detail required, along with the ability to work independently, think critically and problem solve a broad range of issues
- Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of current 935 CMR 500.00
- Possess strong knowledge of cannabis and a solid understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities
Salary: Commensurate with experience. Base salary paired with commission-based earnings.
