This position serves as a central point of contact for visitors, candidates, and internal and external communications, while maintaining accurate records and an organized office environment. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion, with a strong focus on confidentiality, compliance with company policies, and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Human Resources staff by organizing and leading the flow of oncoming candidates’ interview process.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone communications.
- Maintain and create an organized and clean office environment.
- Deliver high end customer service when greeting and assisting oncoming candidates.
- Handle candidate information with confidentiality and with regard to company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Expert organizational skills with a strong focus on workflow management.
- Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
- Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.
