Car Wash Attendant 

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and professionalism our company upholds for its luxury electric vehicles. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires efficiency, attention to detail, and high standards to maintain our commitment to excellence. They ensure each vehicle reflects our commitment to excellence, creating a spotless, welcoming environment for every rider, and enhancing their overall experience. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of the vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation. 

• Report any Biohazard vehicles through the proper chain of command to ensure all vehicles are flagged accurately. 

• Drive vehicles, as necessary, through parking lots and to car wash stations safely and efficiently. 

Additional Duties:  

• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or equipment issues to management promptly. 

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding vehicle status and any delays. 

General Skills & Qualifications: 

• Strong team collaboration skills. 

• Expert communication skills with colleagues and Supervisors. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable. 

• Must be highly organized. 

• Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.  

• Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.  

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.
