Job Summary
A Property Management company is looking for a candidate to join our Management team for our communities located in Orange County and Dutchess County, NY. Our office is located in New Windsor. Prior property management experience is preferred, but not required.
Candidate should possess the following skills: excellence with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, bi-lingual with English and Spanish is helpful but not required. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is a must.
Position offers an hourly rate of $20.00, paid sick and holiday time, vacation, Medical benefits, monthly commission program, & 401k
Hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments
- Exhibit professional communication via phone, in person, email, or written correspondence
- Show apartments to prospective tenants
- Proficiently use online resident portal system (Entrata)
- Prepare lease documents, collect and process rent and rental applications, and have an understanding of leasing procedures and housing assistance programs
- Understand lease rules and regulations and enforce them
- Collect, organize, and send out any mail necessary
- Write and edit letters to tenants as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning
- Maintain a supply inventory and order items as needed
- Report to on-site Property Manager & Director of Operations
