Full job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.
- Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices according to facility standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist with laundry tasks as needed.
- Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
- Support overall housekeeping operations and assist team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
