The Corrections Tech I reviews and corrects customer account information in Tower Loan’s computer system. This role ensures data accuracy by processing account updates, resolving errors, and supporting various mail and fraud-related tasks.Duties/Responsibilities:
Complete daily corrections emails received from branches and Home Office.
Research errors on the remit report (debit processing) and correct them.
Monitor replication status screen daily in Tower Loan Operation System (TLOS).
Manage fraud prevention service’s exceptions.
Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks.
Monitor Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processing.
Upload mail-loan check images.
Correct errors within mail-related loans.
Process incoming mail from U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Stand, walk, and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day.
Communicate effectively, verbally, written, in person, via telephone, or electronically.
Lift and maneuver up to 20 lbs.
