We are hiring an Administrative Support Associate to provide remote support to our client's Technical Services team in the New England area (CT/MA) ASAP.
This is a part-time, temporary role with the potential to convert to full-time employment. As part of a collaborative and innovative team, you'll assist with reporting, correspondence, and special projects that support underwriting and risk solutions operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Candidates with insurance industry experience and strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and update monthly reports using Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, pie charts, dropdowns).
- Assist with enrollment tracking and termination of services for non-renewed policyholders.
- Maintain preferred vendor reporting processes.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support special projects and act as backup for the Innovation Analyst.
- Generate reports using PowerBI (training available if needed).
Required Skills & Abilities:
- 3–5 years of administrative and project coordination experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint and SharePoint experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
