Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Corporate Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of our events while also serving as the primary manager of the Tower Leadership Event Center.
This is not a basic event support role. This person will own the full event lifecycle, help maintain a premium facility experience, support attendance and client communication, coordinate vendors and logistics, and help position the Event Center as a revenue-generating asset through rentals and promotion.
The right candidate is someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, thinks ahead, and takes pride in creating professional, memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution
- Manage logistics for Tower Leadership events from planning through execution
- Build timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, and internal workflows
- Coordinate vendors, catering, materials, room setup, and on-site execution
- Ensure events are organized, polished, and executed at a high standard
AV, Production, and Technical Coordination
- Oversee event AV and technical needs including audio, video, lighting, presentation flow, livestream coordination, and equipment setup
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally during live events
- Work closely with speakers and internal teams to ensure presentations and content are event-ready
Event Center Management
- Serve as the day-to-day operational lead for the Tower Leadership Event Center
- Keep the facility clean, organized, guest-ready, and aligned with a Class A standard
- Manage inventory, supplies, maintenance coordination, cleaning vendors, and overall facility presentation
- Ensure the space consistently reflects the Tower Leadership brand and client experience expectations
Rental and Revenue Support
- Manage Event Center rental inquiries, tours, scheduling, client communication, and booking coordination
- Assist with contracts and rental logistics
- Help market and promote the space to increase utilization
Client Communication and Attendance Management
- Communicate directly with clients before events to confirm attendance and maintain strong participation
- Manage registration lists, reminders, CRM updates, and follow-through
- Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication before and during events
Marketing and Content Support
- Assist with event collateral, signage, landing pages, slides, and email communications
- Support event-related marketing execution in coordination with the marketing team
- Help capture photo and video content during events when needed
Budgeting and Process Improvement
- Track event budgets and help identify ways to maintain high quality while staying aligned with cost goals
- Build repeatable processes that allow Tower Leadership to scale events without sacrificing quality
- Uphold a white-glove standard across every aspect of the event and venue experience
Qualifications: (Required)
- Proven experience coordinating corporate, professional, or high-touch events with multiple moving parts
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfort with AV, event technology, presentation systems, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, speakers, and internal leaders
- Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
Qualifications: (Preferred)
- Experience managing or operating an event venue or facility
- Experience in hospitality, production, marketing, or client experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Keap, ClickFunnels, Vimeo, Zoom, and presentation software
- Experience supporting marketing materials or event-related content creation
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
