Tower Industries is looking for a professional and engaging Customer Service / Front Desk Representative. This is a critical role for someone who excels at building relationships, solving problems, and providing a seamless experience for our clients from the first phone call to the final order. Pay: $20.00 / hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact, answering phone calls, greeting visitors in our showroom, and providing expert guidance on product information and selections.
- Service Excellence: Ensure fast and accurate order processing. You will coordinate closely with other departments to resolve inquiries and ensure our customers receive top-tier service.
- Customer Retention: Build and maintain long-term business relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and helpful service that promotes an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven customer service experience.
- General construction knowledge and/or experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ability to perform job duties satisfactorily as outlined.
