The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, and human resources, providing strategic and operational leadership to support the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting
- Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Oversee cash management, banking, and credit functions.
- Manage job costing and inventory accounting for manufacturing operations.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.
Human Resources
- Oversee HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Support managers with performance management, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with ownership to maintain a strong company culture aligned with Tower’s values.
