Head of Sales & Distribution (USA)
📍 Miami, Florida
Tower is a fast-growing sports apparel brand born in Miami and expanding across the United States and internationally.
We started in padel. We are now expanding into tennis, pickleball, and new global markets.
We’re looking for an experienced sales professional who wants more than just another sales job.
This is an opportunity to build and lead the commercial side of a growing brand.
You will be responsible for developing wholesale, retail, club, and distribution channels across the United States while helping shape the future of the company.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute Tower’s U.S. sales strategy.
Open and manage wholesale, retail, and distributor accounts.
Build relationships with clubs, pro shops, sporting goods retailers, and key industry players.
Identify new growth opportunities across padel, tennis, and pickleball.
Help build and lead the commercial organization as the company grows.
Work directly with the founder and leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Experience selling apparel or sporting goods is highly preferred.
Existing relationships within the sports industry are a strong plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable opening doors, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships.
Based in Miami or willing to relocate.
