Duties

• Deliver engaging sermons and religious teachings that resonate with diverse audiences, inspiring spiritual development.
• Provide pastoral care, including bereavement support, crisis intervention, and Christian counseling to individuals facing personal or spiritual difficulties.
• Lead worship services, prayer meetings, and special events that foster community connection and spiritual enrichment.
• Offer mentorship and guidance to congregation members of all ages, encouraging their faith journeys and personal growth.
• Organize and oversee community outreach programs, including hospice care initiatives and charitable activities that serve those in need.
• Facilitate educational classes on biblical teachings, moral values, and life skills through effective teaching methods.
• Manage conflict resolution within the congregation with sensitivity and professionalism, promoting harmony and understanding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pastoral leadership or related ministry roles with a strong background in Christian teachings.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate messages of hope and faith.
• Strong communication skills for counseling, mentoring, and building relationships within the community.
• Demonstrated ability in event planning for worship services, outreach programs, retreats, and community events.
• Knowledge of bereavement support practices, hospice care principles, and crisis management techniques.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
