The Satellite Operations Manager (Washington Township, NJ) is responsible for leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of a multi-specialty satellite facility. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration among various specialties, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the facility. This role involves comprehensive oversight of financial operations, monitoring, and exploring revenue enhancement opportunities. Key responsibilities include hiring, managing, and evaluating administrative and non-physician clinical staff, addressing employee concerns, and enhancing operational procedures to improve overall performance. The Satellite Operations Manager collaborates with STC Practice Managers, physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and staff to maximize provider productivity and streamline operations. Additionally, the Satellite Operations Manager leads monthly meetings with staff and contributes to strategic decision-making. This position also enforces compliance with policies and keeps staff informed of relevant updates. Acting as a key delegate for all administrative functions in the absence of the Director, the manager plays a crucial role in aligning facility operations with organizational goals through effective leadership and organizational theory.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30a - 5p, onsite. The scheduled start and end times require flexibility to meet the needs of the practice.
