What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - Pediatric Float Pool position at Tower Health?
- Floats to ALL units: PICU/NICU/Med-Surg/ED
- Orientation on the floors is only 2-3 dates per area.
The RN functions as a member of the Healthcare team in a manner consistent with their scope of practice in Pennsylvania in concert with the policies and procedures of St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation & documentation of care provided, and patient response to interventions. The RN promotes image enhancement on the organization and its service.

- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Experience
- Must have 3 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Must have critical care experience or traveling experience.
Certification and Licensure
- PA Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification
