What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment position at Tower Health?
The Enrollment Director is responsible for organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing plan, student recruitment, and enrollment plan for the School of Health Sciences. The Enrollment Director organizes the admissions process for the acceptance of students to the school all the way through until first day of school.
Monday through Friday 8:30a-4:00pm, occasional (infrequent) weekend and evening for career fair, open houses, etc. to local schools for recruitment of students into the programs.
Leadership experience required, as you will lead a team of 4 direct reports.

- 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
