This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor, Consumer Lending Operations located in Laurel, MD. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the Consumer Lending department, ensuring the team meets performance goals and delivers exceptional service to members. Responsibilities include managing workflows, monitoring compliance with policies and regulations, providing staff training and support, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and facilitating effective communication between teams and leadership.

- Experience in Operations and Operations Management with the ability to streamline workflows and meet performance goals.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify trends, and implement improvements.
