Role Description Service Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, CO. In this role, you will perform routine and corrective electrical maintenance and repair on a variety of systems and equipment. You will respond to service calls in the field, troubleshoot electrical issues, and complete work in a safe and timely manner while following company and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, identifying problems, replacing or repairing components, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with supervisors and customers. You will also assist with installations, support more senior technicians when required, and help maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas in good condition.
Qualifications
- Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills to service, inspect, and restore electrical systems and equipment.
- Valid Colorado journeyman license.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose electrical faults, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Ability to perform Field Service work, including on-site visits, safe work practices, and adherence to company procedures.
- Solid Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, set expectations, and represent the company professionally at client sites.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical work is preferred.
- Relevant electrical experience (apprentice to mid-level), with willingness to learn and advance from Technician 1 to 3.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations; commitment to safe work practices and use of PPE.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to travel to job sites in the Denver area.
- Ability to lift and carry materials, work on ladders or lifts, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
