As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by providing guidance, support, and education to our patients.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct one-on-one health coaching sessions with patients to discuss and develop strategies for lifestyle changes, such as exercise, nutrition, stress management, and smoking cessation- Provide motivational support and accountability to patients to help them achieve their health goals- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop personalized treatment plans for patients- Assist patients in understanding and managing their chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity- Educate patients on healthy behaviors and provide resources and tools for them to make informed choices about their health- Stay current with the latest health and wellness research and trends to incorporate into patient care- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' progress and provide regular reports to healthcare providersQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Nutrition, or a related field- Certification as a Health Coach or Wellness Coach preferred- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health coaching, patient education, or related field- Knowledge of behavior change theories and techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time-management skillsTower ENT offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
