Dental Hygienist (RDH): Private Practice, No DSO | Downers Grove, IL
$51–$85/hour benefits | Start date: January 2027 (flexible)

For over 50 years, our practice has cared for families in Downers Grove. We’re privately owned, with no DSO and no corporate quotas, so you’ll have the time and support to give patients the care they deserve. Our team is respectful, close-knit, and in it for the long haul.

We’re planning ahead for a hygienist who is relocating, so we can offer a flexible January start. If you’re currently employed, you’ll have plenty of time to give notice.

Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month. 32–35 hours/week. Schedule varies week to week.

Pay & benefits

• $51–$85/hour, based on experience

What you’ll do

• Prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and periodontal maintenance
• Radiographs and periodontal charting
• Local anesthesia administration
• Patient education on home care and treatment plans
• Accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Infection control and OSHA compliance

Requirements

• Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Pay: From $51.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
