What You'll Do:
- Respond to disabled vessels and provide professional on-water assistance
- Conduct salvage operations including hard groundings, sinkings, and hurricane response
- Operate and maintain company vessels and salvage equipment to high standards
- Interact with boaters and clients in a professional, service-oriented manner
- Work closely with dispatch and fellow captains as part of a coordinated response team
- USCG Master’s License (Near Coastal)
- Commercial Assistance Towing Endorsement
- Valid TWIC card and Passport
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong boat handling skills in a variety of conditions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, unpredictable marine environment
- Scuba certification
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in marine systems
- Prior salvage, commercial towing, or emergency response experience
- Industry-leading training and mentorship
- Access to a variety of vessel types and high-end equipment

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
