Role Description
You'll serve as the central point of contact between our customers and captains, coordinating marine assistance throughout South Florida. In this role, you'll ensure every call for assistance is coordinated safely, efficiently, and professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pompano Beach, FL. As a Dispatcher, you'll coordinate dispatch operations, respond to incoming requests for assistance, communicate with customers and captains, prioritize calls based on urgency, monitor vessel locations, and provide timely updates throughout the service process. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and think critically will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring outstanding service.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and priorities
- Proficiency with dispatch systems, tracking software, and standard computer applications
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required.
