Dispatch Supervisor – TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale

TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead our fast-paced marine operations team. This leadership role offers growth potential and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and training dispatchers
• Managing scheduling, incident reports, and invoicing
• Ensuring accuracy in duty logs, Customs documentation, and Dispatch Manager tracking
• Recruiting and onboarding new dispatchers
• Supporting membership sales and working closely with management

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and support 24/7 operations
