What You’ll Do
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to support client success
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to individuals, families, caregivers, and staff
- Consult with schools, agencies, and funding sources to ensure effective service delivery
- Support crisis intervention and behavior management within home and community settings
- Complete required documentation and monthly service reports
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring diagnoses
- Strong background in behavioral assessment, intervention, and crisis support
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Flexible, self-directed schedule (Monday–Friday)
- Travel within San Diego County (up to 1 hour) for in-home consultations
- Participation in at least one monthly clinical meeting
- Independent contractor position (no benefits; mileage not reimbursed)
