We're looking for someone who enjoys creating great guest experiences and takes pride in doing the little things well. Previous café or coffee experience is encouraged, but it is not required—we're happy to train the right person.

• Strong communication skills
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower periods
• Dependable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming customer environement
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other creative beverages
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Restock, clean, and maintain our bakeshop throughout the shift
• Support teammates wherever needed
