- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process cash and card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and food contact surfaces regularly
- Manage food service customer order flow, ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers
- Handle retail sales transactions accurately, including processing cash handling and register operations
- Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety protocols
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles is advantageous
- Ability to maintain a clean workspace and adhere to sanitation standards at all times
