Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members
* MORNING SHIFT 7:30am - 4:00pm (MON-SUN).
*MIDDLE SHIFT 10:30am - 5:00pm ( FRI/SUN) to join our team.
* Night Shift. 2pm - 9:45pm (Mon - Sun )
4pm - 9:45pm (Mon - Sun )
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include taking food and beverage orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and credit transactions.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during food preparation and service.
- Prepare food items as per café menu specifications while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, and counters.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage to customers in fast paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Familiar with food safety practices and sanitation guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
