Job Overview
We are a French bakery café franchise located in Newport News, offering a variety of pastries, coffee, and other beverages. We are looking for passionate and dedicated staff members who are eager to work in our beautiful café.
Front staff will be responsible for product display and packaging, operating the POS system, making coffee & drinks, maintaining the dining area, and cleaning.
For the baking department, prior experience is not required, but a genuine interest in baking is essential. We provide training, so applicants without experience should emphasize their passion and willingness to learn in their resumes.
The front staff operates in three shifts from 6 AM to 11 PM, while the baking teams operate in a single shift from 5 AM to around 1 PM. All staffs must be available during weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.59 - $20.00 per hour
