Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Reports to: Operations Director
Division: Retail
OVERVIEW
Distribute all inbound and outbound shipments at the retail location.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and systemically documenting all inbound packages from UPS and armored carriers.
- Coordinating the pick-up & delivery of packages with the appropriate internal departments.
- Sort and distribute mail accordingly.
- Point of contact for all incoming and outgoing packages & carrier services.
- Preparing and sending merchandise orders and packages.
- Functions of the company Messenger and dictate his/her daily endeavors.
- Perform messenger and delivery services when needed.
- Additional duties based on business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of operations or mailroom experience.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Team oriented with a positive attitude.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
