About Touring Tee
Touring Tee is a mobile golf simulator and event activation company bringing interactive golf experiences to corporate events, trade shows, tailgates, festivals, private events, and brand activations. We’re a growing startup with big goals, and we’re looking for someone who wants to gain real-world experience helping build a brand from the ground up.
This isn’t a “grab coffee and sit in meetings” internship. You’ll have the opportunity to directly impact our marketing efforts, contribute creative ideas, and see firsthand what it takes to grow a business.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who lives and breathes social media. Someone who understands content, trends, engagement, storytelling, and how to build attention online.
This role is compensated based of a “milestone bonus” system. Hit goals, get paid.
Touring Tee generates content constantly through events, activations, customer interactions, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand partnerships. We need someone who can help turn that content into consistent growth across our social platforms.

Responsibilities
* Create and edit short-form content for:
* TikTok
* YouTube Shorts
* Develop content ideas and posting strategies
* Build and maintain a content calendar
* Write engaging captions and post copy
* Identify social media trends and opportunities
* Assist with event-day content capture when available
* Monitor engagement and community interactions
* Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
* Help grow brand awareness and audience engagement

* Strong understanding of major social media platforms
* Comfortable using editing platforms of your choice
* Strong communication and writing skills
* Self-motivated and organized
* Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas
* Reliable and able to meet deadlines

* Experience running social media accounts
* Graphic design skills
* Experience with sports, events, golf, or experiential marketing
