Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate to join our dynamic team.
The EDI Specialist is an entry-level role on our Customer Care Team at our Headquarters in Batavia, IL.
As part of the EDI Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing Account Orders through various platforms from some of our largest and most recognizable retail accounts. Heavy emphasis on data processing, data entry, order entry, and eventually cross-training with the Customer Care Team to be able to assist if needed in a call center type of environment.
Responsibilities
- Process high volume of account orders daily through our various EDI platforms.
- Perform data analysis, comparing order received to orders entered for accuracy.
- Manage flow of documents/processes so that each step is handled/completed in a timely manner.
- General communication with customers, accounts, customer service, and Sales Reps.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Complete order entry with extreme attention to detail.
- Ensure the EDI processes are followed to minimize financial loss.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/or equivalent.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and detail oriented skills.
- Experience with tools like SPS, Rithium, DSCO, Shopify, Zendesk a plus.
- Experience with high volume order entry is desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- General Golf knowledge is an added plus.
