Bring your quality expertise to a company that values high standards and work-life balance.

We're seeking a Quality Manager who can turn production challenges into lasting improvements. This opportunity offers meaningful responsibility across multiple manufacturing plants, direct collaboration with operations leadership, and the authority to stop production when quality standards are at risk.

You'll join an organization with an outstanding work culture, a full benefits package, and a schedule that keeps your weekends yours.

Why You'll Want to Join
  • Hybrid flexibility with regular onsite involvement in manufacturing operations.

  • No weekends, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

  • A full benefits package and annual salary up to $65,000.

  • An outstanding work culture that values teamwork, integrity, and innovative problem-solving.

  • Meaningful influence over product quality, customer satisfaction, and production improvements.

What You'll Do

As the primary quality contact for employees and customers, you'll help ensure that products and materials meet company, customer, and applicable quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading production quality activities across company plants, including identifying nonconforming materials and coordinating containment and corrective action.

  • Maintaining the Quality Management System and supporting ISO 9001 requirements.

  • Conducting quarterly production audits and following findings through corrective-action completion.

  • Leading root-cause analysis for quality concerns, customer complaints, and nonconforming products, then verifying that corrective actions are effective.

  • Managing configuration management, document control, and controlled quality records.

  • Partnering with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to improve processes, inspection methods, documentation, and employee training.

  • Communicating quality trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to the Operations Manager.

  • Exercising authority to halt production when significant quality concerns arise.

This position provides functional quality leadership across departments and plants. No direct reports are currently assigned.

What You'll Bring
  • Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems in manufacturing.

  • Experience conducting quality audits and managing findings through corrective-action closure.

  • Strong knowledge of root-cause analysis and corrective-action implementation.

  • Experience with configuration management, document control, and controlled quality records.

  • Sound judgment and the ability to make timely production-quality decisions.

  • Strong communication skills with employees, leaders, customers, and auditors.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred qualifications: Six Sigma training or certification, experience supporting multiple manufacturing plants or departments, and experience facilitating cross-functional quality or configuration-management meetings.

Work Environment

This hybrid role includes regular presence in production areas and may require travel between company plants. Work involves office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments, use of inspection equipment, and required personal protective equipment.
