Responsibilities
- Conduct walkthroughs at local properties to scope make-readies, renovations, repairs, and capital improvements.
- Prepare accurate bids and estimates for labor, materials, and project timelines.
- Schedule and supervise construction crews across multiple properties.
- Manage projects from start to finish, tracking progress and resolving delays.
- Inspect completed work and perform quality-control sign-offs.
- Procure materials and manage costs within approved budgets.
- Maintain job records, photos, schedules, and completion documentation.
- Provide project updates to regional, property, and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with construction estimating and bid preparation.
- Multifamily construction or renovation experience.
- Strong project scheduling and budget-management skills.
- Experience with quality control and materials procurement.
- Proven ability to supervise construction crews or field teams.
- Ability to communicate bilingually.
Preferred Qualifications
