What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer (198) position at Touchstone Properties, Ltd.?
WANTED: Two full-time security officers for a 300-unit condominium located in Salt Lake. All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, must pass a criminal background check, and a drug test. All security officers are required to be certified in accordance with HRS 463-10.5. Prior experience in a condominium complex is desirable, but not required. Must be able to read and write English, including incident reports, citations, and shift logs; must be able to walk the footprint of the building, assist with emergencies and be client friendly. Varied shifts available. $20 per hour to start and is negotiable according to experience. Benefits include paid medical, dental and prescription coverage, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
