Mental Health Practitioner / ARMHS Worker
Pay Rate: $24.00
Location: Twin Cities Metro (traveling to meet with clients in Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, and Ramsey counties)
Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours a week.
The Mental Health Practitioner will be providing ARMHS services to clients throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Includes potential travel to clients living in Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, and Ramsey counties.
Mental Health Practitioner / ARMHS Worker Responsibilities:
- Establish supportive and motivational relationships with community members.
- Provide adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS) with members weekly.
- Update treatment plans and functional assessments on an ongoing basis.
- Regularly meet with members individually to support client goals and needs for managing their illness.
- Maintain client records in an electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with other staff members, consultants, interns, and/or volunteers.
Mental Health Practitioner / ARMHS Worker Requirements:
- Must meet the definition of Mental Health Practitioner per Department of Human Services licensing requirements
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and personal auto insurance required
- 1-2 years of experience, 30 college credits in behavioral health, or combination required
