Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative, customer service-oriented professional for our medical front office position in Tyler, TX.
Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm and one Saturday per month 8am-5pm.
The Patient Service Representative will assist patients with check in, check out, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.

- Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
- Assist with Authorization and Verifications
- Checking In / Out Patients
- Answering Multiple Phone Lines
- Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
- Insurance Verification
- Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered into the System
- Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
- 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital is highly preferred
- Experience with Insurance Authorizations and Verification
- Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
- Strong Customer Service, Communication and Computer Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Medical Terminology Knowledge
