Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time Paramedic to sit onsite to facilitate contrast injections in Austin, TX.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Home center will be South Austin, with travel to 38th Street on Tuesday & Thursday.
Job Summary:
If confronted with an adverse event (contrast reaction, infiltration or situation that requires the radiologist), the Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic should immediately use the Teams audio/video functionality to alert the supervising radiologist. The radiologist will assist with assessment of the patient and provide appropriate treatment instruction, including any medication administration. It is also the responsibility of the on-site contractor to ensure 911 has been called when necessary.
Items listed must be complete prior to onsite coverage.

- Provides documentation of Certificate of Liability Insurance and current medical license
- Completes MRI Safety Screening form
- Review of Emergency Response and MRI Safety training
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Previous experience as a certified EMT or Paramedic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
