Front Desk Receptionist
This is a full time position working in our Medford office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and works well in a very busy environment.
Job Duties include:
-Accurate completion of all required forms, greeting patients, verifying demographics and insurance information and coordinating physician releases.
-Collect co-payments and/or outstanding balances. Inform patients of financial assistance opportunities.
-Take detailed messages and send to correct person.
-Proactively serve as a patient advocate by utilizing courteous and professional telephone etiquette at all times by answering the telephone promptly, reflecting a positive tone and speaking distinctly with poise, tact and assurance.
-Scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
-Notify referring provider if patient reschedules, cancels or is a no-show
-Other jobs as assigned by the Practice Manager.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Required experience:
Medical Clinic or Hospital setting: 1 year
