What You’ll Do
As our Memory Care Director, you will be the guiding force behind a vibrant, engaging, and supportive Memory Care environment. Your leadership will help ensure every resident experience safety, dignity, and connection.
You will:
- Champion our mission to Make Lives Better through every interaction, program, and care decision.
- Serve as a trusted partner for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team—promoting whole‑person care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
- Design and lead meaningful, stage‑appropriate programs that bring comfort, joy, and purpose to those living with dementia.
- Provide support and education to families, helping them navigate their loved one’s journey with compassion and understanding.
- Inspire and mentor your team, ensuring that best practices in dementia care are delivered consistently and with heart.

- Valid Texas LVN license or compact nursing license — required
- Experience as a nurse leader in a skilled nursing facility and working directly with memory care patients required
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
- A compassionate heart and a service‑driven mindset
