What You’ll Do
- Lead all treasury operations — banking, liquidity, forecasting, and compliance — ensuring a strong, agile financial foundation.
- Develop and implement treasury strategies, policies, and ERP integrations that enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with banking partners to secure best-in-class services and pricing.
- Manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, ensuring resources are positioned to meet operational and growth goals.
- Oversee debt management, loan compliance, and covenant monitoring with precision and accountability.
- Partner closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Business Office teams to align treasury functions with enterprise goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire treasury team members — cultivating excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology, analytics, and proactive financial insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. (CTP certification preferred).
- 5 years of progressive treasury experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in cash management, risk mitigation, and banking operations.
- Strong command of GAAP, financial regulations, and ERP systems (Workday experience preferred).
- Strategic mindset, exceptional analytical ability, and proven success building high-performing teams.
- Prior experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing is a strong plus.
- Consistent compliance with all loan covenants and treasury audit requirements.
- Accurate and actionable cash flow forecasts that drive sound business decisions.
- Optimized use of credit facilities and liquidity to support growth without penalties or inefficiencies.
- Treasury operations that align seamlessly with organizational strategy and culture.
