Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Medicare Insurance Agent with at least 5 years of proven Medicare sales experience. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans, with a strong commitment to compliance and client care.
Key Responsibilities- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options
- Guide seniors and families in selecting coverage that fits their needs and budget
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Stay compliant with all CMS regulations and company policies
- Track and report sales activities in CRM systems
- Contribute to agency growth through consistent production and client retention
- 5 years of Medicare insurance sales experience (required)
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (required)
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
