Requirements
- A commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
- Ability to perform a variety of repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy within a noisy environment
- Knowledge of WISHA and Spokane County Health regulations
- Interested in working in an environment with elderly adults
- Ability to get along with team members, demonstrate integrity and express a positive attitude and a sense of humor
