The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience working as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community, though this is not required
- Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents (with Alzheimer's/dementia), family members, staff members and visitors
