Server – Full-Time (AM Shift)

Pay: $14.45 – $16.50/hour

Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (weekdays with some weekend rotation)

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are currently seeking a dependable and service-minded Full-Time AM Server to join our Dining Services team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys morning shifts, values teamwork, and takes pride in providing warm, attentive service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests
• Take and deliver meal orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with dining room setup, cleaning, and reset between services
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Work with the dining team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work morning shifts and some weekends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality
