Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, elder law attorneys, and senior‑focused organizations
- Conduct engaging demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, clearly and confidently showcasing features and benefits.
- Represent our agency at community events, meetings, and outreach activities
- Educate the community on the value of non‑medical home care and aging in place.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with our care team to support new client onboarding
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, healthcare marketing, sales, or business development
- Knowledge of home care or senior services and the ability to establish lasting collaborations with our referral sources
- Familiarity with analysis tools for market research and sales data interpretation; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint, is preferred
- Familiarity with Brevard County’s healthcare community.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage confidently across various platforms.
- Reliable transportation and insurance are required.
