What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver – Flexible Schedule Available position at Touching Hearts at Home?
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
At Touching Hearts at Home, we believe quality care starts with compassionate caregivers. Every visit has the opportunity to make someone feel safer, more comfortable, and less alone.
We're currently hiring caregivers and CNAs and scheduling interviews now.
We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Our caregivers help clients remain safe and independent while providing companionship and assistance with everyday activities.

Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities
Requirements
CNA license or previous caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds
