Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized PT Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.
This role calls for a friendly, welcoming individual who supports new staff members, promotes aging in place, and consistently upholds our core values. The candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Provide basic scheduling support to care partners using WellSky
- Assist with billing, payroll, and administrative documentation
- Support caregiver scheduling as needed
- Maintain office supplies, files, and records
- Prepare ID badges, client binders, and office materials
- Assist with flyers, events, and employee recognition activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Microsoft applications experience required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
