Home Care - Caregiver / CNA

Pay: $15.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time and part-time roles available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Touching Hearts at Home is now hiring Caregivers and CNAs in the Charlotte area – immediate interviews available.

We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Our caregivers support clients in staying safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while offering companionship and assistance with daily activities.

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds

Paid orientation, training, and ongoing specialized training
Mileage and travel time reimbursement between clients
