Job Overview
IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR QUALIFIED CAREGIVER!
-Monday through Friday (SPLIT SHIFT) 5-11am and 5-7pm
-CPR, TB tests and background check is required (can be provided by agency)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to client in his home. The ideal candidate will assist the client with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to seniors and those requiring medical assistance, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety.
- Medication Reminder and monitor clients for any side effects.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document daily activities, care provided, and any changes in the client's condition accurately.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed to promote a healthy home environment.
- Assist client occasionally by doing some grocery shopping.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is beneficial.
- Certification in CPR is required.
- Experience in home community care settings is a plus.
- Ability to cook healthy meals tailored to individual client needs is advantageous.
