Role Description
The HR Hiring Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization. This role partners closely with department leaders to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both creativity and structure to hiring operations.
Key Descriptions:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates in alignment with company goals and growth plans.
- Recruitment Operations: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding — ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Hiring Manager Partnerships: Collaborate with departmental leaders to forecast talent needs, create job descriptions, and design targeted sourcing approaches.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, inclusive, and transparent recruitment process that reflects the company’s culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Understanding of employment law, diversity hiring practices, and HR compliance.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable recruiting processes and managing high-volume or specialized hiring.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
